Jesus is the focus, not the storm

As believers in Christ...we tend to focus more on our storms than on Jesus Christ Himself, when in fact, Jesus is the focus...Jesus is the solution...Jesus is the cure to the storm. Our focus should always be on Jesus Christ while in a storm or in any situation...the Bible shows us in Matthew 14:29-31,"29 So He [Jesus] said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. 30 But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “Lord, save me!” 31 And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?”...Now, if you have noticed...Jesus never addressed the storm with Peter...He never addressed the fierce winds with Peter...He never addressed the mighty waves with Peter...He never addressed the rising waters with Peter...He addresses Peter's FAITH...He addresses Peter's WALK...He asks Peter "WHY DID YOU DOUBT?"...In other words...why did you stop believing?...why did you lose your confidence?...why did you take your focus off me?...why did you get distracted?...why did you put your focus on the storm and not your focus on me alone?...the Bible says in Isaiah 26:3,"Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee."...our focus is on Jesus...the storm is never your focus...the storm is never your reality...It doesn't matter what storm may come your way...JESUS ALREADY WON THE VICTORY OVER THE STORM FOR YOU...Jesus says in John 16:33,"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”...BE OF GOOD CHEER...YOU ARE BIGGER THAN THE STORM...YOU ARE GREATER THAN THE STORM...DON'T GIVE THE STORM POWER OVER YOU...YOU ARE MORE THAN A CONQUEROR OVER THE STORMS YOU GO THROUGH! KEEP YOUR FOCUS ON CHRIST AND YOU WILL NEVER SINK! IN JESUS NAME! AMEN! HALLELUJAH!
